A century of Winnie the Pooh was recognized worldwide in October, and Delta Community Library joined the celebrations with a tea party for the world’s favorite bear.

Stories, games, hot cider, and of course, toast with honey, were enjoyed by all who joined Delta Community Librarian Tiki Levinson for a fun afternoon of learning about Pooh and his friends.

A special touch was making birthday cards for Pooh, which will be sent to the New York Public Library in New York City, where the original stuffed bear and his friends are on display.
